We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We do not want you to keep an item that will not serve. No fashion waste is our mission!


Wie kann ich ein mamelo Produkt zurückgeben?

Alle Rücksendeanträge werden durch uns genehmigt, indem du einen Rücksendeantrag an returns@mamelo.de schickst. Bitte gebe die Bestellnummer und den Grund für deine Rücksendung an. Rücksendeanträge müssen innerhalb von sieben (7) Tagen nach Erhalt der Bestellung gestellt und innerhalb von vierzehn (14) Tagen nach Erhalt der Bestellung zurückgeschickt werden. Nachdem wir deinen Rückgabeantrag erhalten und geprüft haben, erhältst du von uns ein Versandetikett. Die Rücksendung ist kostenlos.



What's eligible for return?

Pre-Cycle (New, Pre-Loved and Recycled)

  • You can return any item that's in its original condition (tag on, unwashed and unworn).
  • Used items or items with signs of usage are excluded from the return guarantee.

Are returns free of charge?

Yes. All European returns are on us!

We ask from all our customers to be mindful of carbon footprint and to only order what they need and do returns on items that would not be used otherwise. If you are not sure about a color or a size, please contact us here (Link Email hello@mamelo.deso we can assist and make sure the right items are ordered the first time around. 

To alleviate carbon footprint, we always welcome customers to include preloved pieces they would like to sell to us in their return package. Please simply ensure to have your pieces pre-approved here (Link Email recycle@mamelo.de) and to separate them from the regular return in your parcel to us.Please pack the used items separately from the new, returned items, for example by wrapping them in a piece of paper or a bag.


Can I exchange?

We only offer returns. For an exchange, simply return the unwanted item to us by submitting a return request to returns@mamelo.de. We will refund you and you can simply order the new item you want.


What should I do if my item is defective or if items are missing in my package?

Nobody is perfect. Neither are we. If something does not meet your expectations or an item is faulty, please send us an email with pictures of the problem within seven (7) days of receiving the goods to customercare@mamelo.de. We are happy to assist with any issues you might encounter.


How long will it take to get a refund?

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and credited back using your original form of payment.
